The River Ash cottage is a very spacious four-bedroom vacation rental located conveniently off of Route 100 and very near our Red Pine Cottage.

The cottage sits in a pasture and abounds with many wildlife visitors including deer, turkey, rabbits, & fireflies. It is ideal for large or multiple families or big groups visiting the area and has a wide-open floor plan, perfect for togetherness. Walker Creek flows in front of the cabin and provides numerous recreational opportunities including fishing, swimming, and boating.

Cancellation Policy

• Before 30 days of check-in: Your deposit will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee.
• Within 30 days of check-in: Your entire deposit will be forfeited.
• Within 48 hours of check-in: You will be automatically charged in full to the card used for deposit.

Check-In/Check-out

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Prior to your arrival, you will receive an Arrival Email with check-in instructions, directions & other details.
